Leo J Esposito received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Saint Thomas University and has more than 20 years of financial services, operational oversight and senior management experience. He is a proven business leader with a well-established reputation for his ability to assess, develop and implement operational and financial improvement initiatives that enhance enterprise value for stakeholders. Leo has served as Divisional SVP for Black Knight Financial formerly known as Fidelity National Financial overseeing a $100M PNL, COO of the Lead Group, a financial services lead generation agency with a $50M PNL and is currently CEO of Decibel KC , a software engineering firm in Overland Park, KS and Founder of the Bōzt - a social application for sharing and discovering new places to get great food. Leo is a passionate cyclist who like with his business endeavors is always going after his next achievement.
